Additional Relevant Details Endo, in a process to end it's women's pelvic health business, is selling its Astora business operations, ceasing all Astora business operations by March 31.  With the wind down of Astora, Endo will have entirely exited its American Medical Systems Holdings business, which it purchased in 2011.
