Additional Relevant Details Amarin Corporation is currently in its First Amendment litigation it filed against the FDA over the labeling and promotion of Vascepa.  "Following the August 7, 2015 preliminary relief order granted in favor of Amarin and the physician plaintiffs, the Court was notified that the parties had conferred and agreed to explore the possibility of settlement."  The parties have asked for a continued stay for the court proceedings until March 18, 2016 unless the parties update the court before that date with news regarding the next steps.
