Additional Relevant Details ESSA Pharma is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced private placement of 4,545,452 units of the Company at US$3.30 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$15 million. Each unit consists of one common share of the Company, one seven-year cash and cashless exercise warrant and one-half of one two-year cash exercise warrant.
