Additional Relevant Details The combination expansion cohorts will include patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), melanoma, and squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN) whose tumors show initial resistance or subsequently develop resistance to immune checkpoint therapy.
