Additional Relevant Details Viking Therapeutics announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 7,500,000 shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase up to 7,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $1.25 per share of common stock and related warrant, for total expected gross proceeds to Viking of approximately $9,375,000, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other offering expenses. The warrants have an exercise price of $1.50 per share of common stock, are exercisable immediately and will expire five years from the date of issuance.
