Additional Relevant Details Tracon announced that it had begun dosing in a Phase 1b trial testing TRC105 in combination with Avastin (bevacizumab), carboplatin and paclitaxel chemotherapy for the treatment of lung cancer.  The study is expected to produce top line results in 2017.
