Additional Relevant Details Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) granted the Company’s request for an extension until May 16, 2016 to evidence compliance with the $2.5 million stockholders’ equity requirement. The Company’s continued listing on Nasdaq during the extension period is subject to the Company’s timely satisfaction of certain conditions, including the provision of interim updates to the Panel. The Company is diligently working to evidence compliance with the terms of the Panel’s decision; however, there can be no assurance the Company will be able to timely do so.
